Matthew 6:19-21 KJV [19] Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: [20] But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: [21] For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. What are your treasures? Is it your new iPhone? Maybe the new ps4 or the new xbox1!? TV? Well the point is, all these things will one day end... But the one thing that wont, is Jesus! Think about it. Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and yes be thankful but what you have. But dont let what you have take over your life over God. Stay humble. Stay strong. Stay true to God and not the treasures of the earth. Keep your heart on God.
