Mature and integrated awakening is not merely an awakening from the relative/phenomenal level of reality to the absolute/transcendent level of Being. The absolute view, when it is integrated experientially, never obliterates or annihilates the relative view. It simply extends it and sees beyond it in a vastly bigger (actually, a vastly infinite) context. Mature and integrated awakening is awakening also to the true significance and relative validity of the phenomenal. passing, ephemeral worlds of people, history, time, personality, places and things. Awakening to the absolute is, simultaneously, awakening to the relative as well.
