Maximize your workout! If you are like me, I dont have a lot of time at the gym. I pick two muscles to focus on when I lift. After Im warmed up I move to supersets. I go right from one exercise to the next with no rest. (This video is scull-crushers/triceps into seated barbell curls/biceps). I rest after the circuit for about a minute. Supersets get your heart-rate up and maximize your strength training. Try it out!!! (Watch your form though and start out slow. This video is my last set that I power through because I have to dig deep when my muscles are tired.) #supersets #musclesarenotmadequietly
