Ministry ********************************* Immediately after the installation of Modi government, there was some controversy regarding the qualification or intermediate mark sheet etc.( I do not exactly remember) of H.R.D. Minister Mrs Smiriti Irani. Now , her newly inducted minister of state Ram Shankar Katheria is also facing the charge of having fake mark sheet. Astonishing, both are having under them the whole educational structure of the country . Must we laugh or weep.?
