May i respectfully report that your president met GEN JUANITO DALMAS (RET), a former commander of the AFP RESCOM last wednesday to possibly explore a partnership with his group who is organizing the National Reserve Corps of the Philippines. The NRC is suppose to be the mobilization organization of all graduates of the CWTS and LTS of the National Service Training Program. Gen Dalmas appraised me on what happened in the efforts to revive mandatory ROTC in congress since 2011. I also explained our effort and we saw parallelism that can be pursued. We agreed that there will be no competition between ROTC and the other components of NSTP but rather a complimentation so that we will better address the national emergency situations the country is facing (Disaster and Military). We are also working possible partnerships with AFP RESCOM, ARESCOM and the other RESCOMS of the AFP. Our other officers of PCRAI are also working on getting more partnerships. Maraming salamat sa inyo mga kasama. Off course, BAGANI is an active partner of PCRAI. We will soon sign a memorandum of agreement with BAGANI. Sir Noli Benavent is on top of the situation on our August 30 events. BAGANI of bro Hubert is an active partner of this undertaking. Maraming salamat din sa ibang mga officers like sir Rod Zulueta, Bernie Pascual, Orly Sangguyo, Marc Santos, mam Rose Balgos, bro Eli Eliazar, Ver Rubillos, bro Dario Ballao, Jeff Arellano, mam Belle Ombao and the many others who i cannot remember their full names(Am so sorry po). Equally worth mentioning are the efforts of our overseas members. Di ko na kayo mababanggit lahat mam Remy at bro Cristobal(My apology).
