May nabasa akong article, na medyo napa ngisi nlang ako hehe, the Article is entitled What are the Qualities of a PERFECT UPLINE then may mga numbers, A Perfect upline blah blah blah blah Do you wanna know the TRUTH?? Having a PERFECT UPLINE is one of the WORST thing that can happen to you in NETWORK MARKETING.. (No wonder the author of the article has no result, coz he consider himself as a PERFECT UPLINE, a perfect upline with no result) One of the worst things that can happen to a person in Network Marketing is to have a PERFECT upline. Does that surprise you? Its true. Just ask any of your successful mentors/leaders/TOP EARNERS. When you have a PERFECT upline, they spoonfeed you, they give you spillovers, they do the talks for you, they do the presentations for you, they train your group for you. All you have to do is to bring prospects to them, and they will do the rest. Yeahh that sounds so cool huh? But what happens when you lost all that UPLINE SUPPORT? Thats when the worst comes in. Your group will fall down with you, and your probably gonna blame your upline.. Si upline kasi iniwan ako sa ere.. In network marketing you have to be self motivated.. Kelangan tlga pagdaanan lahat yan, Invite invite, training training, endless meetups, endless talks, when you do the work thats when you become a leader. The most critical turning point, is when you start saying to your upline. UPS, ako na, I GOT THIS! A PERFECT UPLINE, can hold you back in the development of your true potential. But it doesnt mean na, kanya kanya na tayo, hndi nba kelangan mging matulungin sa downline? NO, the real role of an upline is to teach their downlines the basics and help people in your group become independent from their uplines as quickly as possible. Help them by pushing people to become independent. Help them by not encouraging weakness. Help them by leading by example. Thats the nicest thing you could possibly do. So forget about looking for the PERFECT UPLINE. People who come to me and say ups sayo nlang ako sasali, baguhan pa kasi ung nag introduce saakin ng SWA that doesnt impress me at all.. Now if you consider yourself as a PERFECT UPLINE, my Perfect suggestion for you, is to look first in the mirror.. NO ONE, can ever CHEAT Network Marketing.. no perfect system, no perfect tools, no perfect strategy, and absolutely no perfect upline.. Your Success will depend on your effort, day in, and day out. From Day 1 to Infinity!
