Empirical Technologies performs every task and provides every service needed to bring a medical device to market, including consulting, testing and manufacturing. Owners Dawn and Chris Lissy founded Empirical Technologies in Cleveland, Ohio in 1998. In 2004, the Lissy’s moved the company to Colorado Springs because it was more welcoming for family and business. Starting out in Colorado Springs with four employees, they have expanded internationally to three companies with 31 employees.
