Block and others used the word as a synonym for demagoguery, baseless defamation, and mudslinging (wikipedia) I think it does describe Teddy Cruz to a T. I myself will hope that the only thing coming back to that island is a great white , although I dont think even the Sharks will want him. And Canada. And Cuba will thanks us!!!!
