Me: Im tired, Im going to take a nap. Mindy: Im tired, I need to go run. Me getting home from work: The dishes need done, Ill do them tomorrow. Mindy getting home from work: The dishes need done, Ill do them and also sweep the floor and fold some clothes. Me when doing a project: Its driving me crazy that I havent finished this product yet, Ill start another project to keep my mind off this one. Mindy when doing a project: Not stopping until this project is done tonight! Me when in the middle of doing something: I need a hug break! Mindy in the middle of doing something: Stop trying to hug me when Im doing something! Me when sick: Baby, can you please take care of me, I feel like crap. Mindy when sick: Man, I feel terrible, but Im not going to let anyone know! It will be 17 years of this on Tuesday. I cant believe all that she does and all that she is and she still loves me. Truth is, I admire my wife and wish I was more like her in many ways. She is often misunderstood because she is so determined to do a good job at everything she does. In fact she is in the middle of changing the sheets on our bed as Im writing this, probably wondering why Im not helping her hehe. I think Ill stop writing this now, because I need a hug break.
