Today at 1:06 PM like that in writing cause it is the humane thing to do ... you know if they want to aid in my defense/stress levels and thus aid in my ability to trust them to do some work for a change ... then I dont have to stress about finishing the stuff to enter into court on the morrow morn ... then all I have to do is take my notes with me ... so in case the judge wants to continue with the evidenciary hearing ... I am prepared with what I do have ... that was done at the last min cause my right to contract a shrink seemed to be beset with issues ... not of my making but from those that are supposed to advise and help ... honestly advise and help ... key word the honest part! also I was told by mom that video evidence may well not be allowed ... and to be prepared ... I said I had the laws that showed ... it was allowed ... especially if you know it shows ... another party sabotaging ... my right to self defense ... in criminal fashion cause ... effort to ... withhold impeachment evidence .. from stuff entered into court ... criminally ... and I did tell demeo I would be taping ... cause I have the right to defend myself and present evidence of assaultive ... behaviors ... in crime ... and in bodybrain snatching ... horror! so hunter ... please email me confirmation of all that she said ... or simply if easier on you ... that you filed for a stay ... then you could also ... make an appointment ... for us ... to collaborate under camcorder ... for a change ... cause I am sure the judge would have no problem with taped evidence ... if you looked ... you know decent! oh yes I called simms office also for request to verify what mom said ... simms was out so was the legal secretary but the desk secretary said she would relay the information - I guess if she is competent ... one would think she should be you know ... answering the phone for a law office ... were fiduciary duty to seasonable due diligence ... is a prerequisite ... yup ... simms has a very nice suite of offices ... and good clean cut lookin personnel ... always did like his receptionists ... yup yup ... always nice ... in person and on the phone ... then again ... they arent having to deal with ... what the lawyers do in terms of ... making sure .... due diligence is upheld ...not ... held ups ... 3 Attachments View all Download all ----- oy I hate
