Me with Sanjoy Paul started Dynamics Global Infotech in September,2013 in a very small office at Saltlake, Kolkata. I was having a shocking bank balance and Sanjoys condition was more poor. Somehow, few of our early employers helped both of us to take this decision of starting something on our own. Thanks to those employers for sure. We took a 500 sq.ft office in Saltlake and started with 5 employees in the month of September,2013. Thanks to one of our biggest customers, without the help of them it was impossible to initiate everything. Slowly, we started moving into a direction which is positive in nature. Today, we do have client base in Kenya, Nigeria, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Dubai in international market and having a decent presence in Indian market too. Today our employee strength is 24 and we have started a Training facilities in Kolkata from which we are recruiting ERP professionals and also placing successful candidates within India and abroad. We have moved to a much bigger office at Saltlake (approx. 3000 sq.ft.) and now running our Software Delivery and Training initiative successfully from here only. Most importantly Dynamics Global Infotech opened an office in Kenya (Nairobi) in association with one of our most valuable business partner. Our Kenya initiative is called GlobKen Solutions. We dont know the future and we do not want to know too. But all we know that a true and honest effort can bring success. Our motto is to keep our colleague happy. I have personally witnessed companies in Kolkata which gives employee the last preference. Paying timely salary to employees are basic minimum responsibility but many companies do not practice this at all and they feel pride in not paying salary in time. Dynamics Global Infotech is dedicated to serve it employees first. To us Customers and Employees should be treated in a same manner. My company is as good as its employees. We thank everyone for helping us at the initial stage and till now helping and supporting us to grow and grow. We have just started and its long way to Go........Kudos to those who motivated me and Sanjoy Paul in forming this company. I have to mention one name for sure. Avishek Tarafdar is a person who prompted me to take a decision to start this initiative. He is running a company successfully in Kolkata with highest level of passion and his words motivated me a lot. Thanks to my employees always...........
