●Medical Report● Good evening! Ill talk about my interesting topic, colonoscopy. Recently, I underwent it but the result was not trouble!:) I think college students like me who experience this test is unusual, so I wrote this report. Maybe you think it is troublesome but it finishes in 15〜30 minutes. If there are some polyps in your bowel, it finishes in 1 hour because endoscope can burn off them. Indeed, the preparation is the most troublesome. 〜2 days before〜 We cannot eat these foods. Citrus, mushrooms, leaves, fiber, soybeans, natto, fruits with many seeds. 〜the day before〜 There are dietary restrictions as above. We cannot eat anything after pm 8:00. And we have to take tablet. 〜that day〜 We have to take a laxative for 2 liters. It is the hardest. The taste of drink is pocari sweat which is very very weak. 〜at the hospital〜 We get a shot of painkiller on our arm, colonoscopy starts! The doctor put air into the intestine to be easy endoscope passes, but I feared bursting my large bowel. We can watch the inside of our intestine on monitor while the test, it is amusing!! When the test finishes, we can get the memorial picture which shows the inside of our bowel(4 cuts). Maybe you think it is unrelated to you. In fact, even college students can have colitis, cancer, and Crohns disease. And these diseases can be found for 99%, is colonoscopy. By the way, it costs 7000 yen(little high...). If you feel some trouble with your bowel, I do want you to go to the hospital !! こんばんは！ 私の中で旬な話題、大腸内視鏡検査についてお伝えします。 最近体験してきたのですが、結果は異常なし！(≧∀≦) 大学生でこんな検査を体験するのはめずらしいと思ったので今回記事にしました。 この検査はめんどくさいイメージがありますが、15分〜30分で終わります。 もしポリープがあっても内視鏡で焼き切れるので1時間で終わります。 実は内視鏡検査の準備が一番大変なのです。 〜前々日〜 これらの食べ物は食べてはいけません。 柑橘類、キノコ類、葉類、繊維質、大豆、納豆、種の多い果実 〜前日〜 前々日と同じく食事制限があります。 20時以降は何も食べてはいけません。そして錠剤を飲みます。 〜当日〜 朝6時に下剤を2リットル飲みます。 これが一番キツい。 味はすごくうすいポカリみたいです。 〜病院〜 腕に痛み止め注射をしたら検査開始！ 内視鏡が通りやすいように腸に空気を入れるのですが、破裂するかと思いました。また検査の間自分の腸の中がモニターで見れるので面白いですよ！ 検査が終わると記念に自分の腸内の写真がもらえます(4カット)。 皆さん他人事だと思ってるでしょう。 実は大学生でも大腸炎、ガン、クローン病などになる人は何人かいます。 そしてこれらの病気を99%の確率で見つけられるのがこの大腸内視鏡検査なのです。 ちなみにお値段は7000円です(やや高い…)。 大腸に異変を感じる方はぜひ病院へ！
