You feel the burn everywhere Todays workout consisted of arms & conditioning: Seated single arm DB Curls ss Rope pull downs ss 30 Medicine ball slams x4 Standing BB curls ss Bench dips (I did body weight but you can add weight) ss 30 sec mountain climbers ss x4 Standing alternating DB hammer curls ss.
