NO YOU DO NO NEED TO BEG THE GOVERNMENT TO ENACT OVER-RESTRICTIVE PERMITTING AND OVER-RESTRICTIVE GUIDELINES THAT ARE MEANT TO KEEP THE COMPETITION OUT. In addition it actually screws over patients in the end by continuing the ridiculous PROHIBITION PRICES SO THE THE NEEDIER AND SICKER PATIENTS CANNOT AFFORD TO PURCHASE THE AMOUNT OF MEDICINE NEEDED TO BATHE THE CELLS OF THEIR BODY IN THE HEALING AND CALMING CANNABIS PLANT
