Meditation Mondays... This week we have a mindful meditation... 1. Sit in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight, Set a timer for 10 minutes. 2. Close your eyes and breath naturally 3. Become aware of whatever arises in your consciousness – any thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, external sounds. 4. Observe them in a non-judgemental manner 5. If your mind becomes distracted, bring your awareness back to the present. 6. When the timer goes off; take a deep breath in and slowly open your eyes. Enjoy the rest of your day.
