Meet Alfred Chief. This is quite an enterprising chap. These are just a few of the crimes this guy is probably responsible for. No doubt those shoes will be linked to many other thefts. Believe it or not, but he was recently arrested on charges of being in possession of burglary equipment and sent off to Court. Unfortunately, the SAPS members didnt collate all the other case numbers, or send him off to court with a multiple charges against him. Needless to say, the Court then let him walk.
