We are loving everything about this beautiful couple. :) Theyre on an true WEDDING adventure... read about it here and check out their page: https://facebook/ThirteenWeddings Says Kendra, Essentially, we decided on 13 weddings because all the obligation and pressure to make a wedding into One Perfect Day was just something we couldnt do. My wife and I live in Washington state. We have an 8 year old daughter and a baby boy on the way in April. My wife is a carpenter and musician, I am a life coach and a painter. We love to grow our own food and wildcraft for medicines and teas from our beautiful Pacific Northwest. We love to have fun and spontaneously take on projects and go on adventures together. We also love our ever-growing lego collection, which is usually the centerpiece of our living room. We had a heart to heart talk and realized what we really wanted was many beautiful pictures of our youth and love. And we didnt want to have to be limited to one feel or theme, etc. The plan was to have one wedding each month for the year and then a finale in December- 13 weddings in 2013 right when gay marriage became legal in Washington state!! Through the course if the year, the magnitude of the project got ahead if us, and we got pregnant, so we let some slack out on the deadline- again staying away from any boxes and obligations- we have had 8 weddings so far, and we are still having fun planning and whats next. We are continuing on our journey of 13 weddings, but now we are looking forward to having our baby boy in some of our weddings. Hes due in April.
