Meet Jane- . An all American girl from New York, fresh out of college with a degree in Home Economics. Her adventurous side heads a call to explore the Alaskan Wilderness. She packs up her red Subaru wagon with all her belongings and hits the road for Alaska. After several weeks of adventures, fall is here and it is time for Jane to think about settling down for the long winter ahead. While driving north through Wasilla, her car breaks down in front of the local Lumber Mill and in enters Jack- tall, rugged and handsome wearing a red plaid flannel shirt. Love at first sight, Jack fixed Janes car and they were married. Jane unpacked the contents of the Subaru and started to move into Jacks rustic cabin, but every closet she opened was completely full of soft flannel shirts and denim blue jeans. Hundreds of them! Resourceful Jane did not get discouraged. She would make room for herself in Jacks cabin! She threaded up her sewing machine and went to work- and thus the SlumberJane™ Skirt was born!
