Meet Scraps! He is about 20 years old. LOL Scraps was a great source of comfort at one time for Katie when she was younger. One of my recollections is her being in the hospital for a tonsillectomy. Scraps was in the operating room with her. Stuffed animals bring great comfort to children dealing with scary times. Earlier this year, Andrew Banar from Group Hug Apparel has started his own campaign Teddy Bears for Sick Children to ensure that any child in the hospital is comforted by one of these furry friends.
