Meet retired Military Working Dog Cila M389 and her former handler and now adopted dad Jason Bos! Cila just returned to the United States to be reunited with Jason after a year and a half apart. Jason contacted Mission K9 Rescue when he found out that he was going to get to adopt Cila. He needed help getting her from Germany. Mission K9 Rescue coordinated her transport home, and reached out to The American Humane Association for financial help. They were wonderful. They partnered with us, and sponsored Cilas entire trip! Thank you to United Airlines and their Pet Safe program for not only taking such incredible care of Cila, but for letting us invade your office and sharing in such a beautiful moment!! Thank you to TGI Fridays near Midway Airport for your incredible hospitality. Thank you to the American Humane Association for funding Cilas ride home.
