Meet the Biz When:7 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2014 Where: SAG-AFTRA James Cagney Boardroom, Lobby Level Los Angeles, CA 90036 Parking will be validated. The Los Angeles Local presents a panel discussion with industry professionals to discuss jobs in Hollywood for artists. The first part of the evening will include a lively and honest discussion about jobs. Following the discussion, 5 – 10 participants will be selected by drawing names, to ‘audition’ for panelists, who will provide constructive feedback. Those who wish to participate in the lottery must bring in a memorized scene or monologue less than 2 minutes in length. Scenes are preferred. Confirmed panelists include: Director, Jules Dameron; Casting Director, Pam Dixon; Producer, Jeanne Elfant Festa at White Horse Pictures; Manager at Omnium Entertainment Group, Albert Giannelli; and Talent Agent at Cavaleri & Associates Talent Agency, Peter Kallinteris.
