Melanie Propps asked, Im convinced my 11-year-old boy has dysgraphia. And he has a short attention span when uninterested in the subject. I have limited his writing, hoping he will grow out of it, and try to encourage him to write to friends (slightly more enjoyable than a generic topic). If you have dealt with this yourself, Id appreciate ideas/curriculum/teaching method suggestions for overcoming this. Hes very bright and what he puts on paper is not close to what he is capable of (if dysgraphia wasnt an issue).
