Member Question: Has anyone had chronic upper back spasms that go under the scapula? I have had them for 7 years and the pain is unbelievable. Nothing has worked. I have tried conventional means (injections, medications, muscle relaxers) to non-conventional (acupuncture, chiropractor, rolfing, PT, STEM, Tens, deep tissue) to holistic (yoga, PT, breathing, meditation). Nobody can explain the cause or can help how to fix it. I have had temporary luck (2-3 days) then its back. I have been told stress is the culprit, but of course thats a guess. I have been tested for it all and came back negative (lymes, fibro, graves). I have traveled to large hospitals and holistic practices in another state. Any help, guidance... anything would be greatly appreciate. Im a mom of 2 young children, run a business and take care of our home. I like being active and hate that i have to keep a pill in my pocket in case of emergency. Every day shouldnt be like this especially with no answers. I dont know, maybe Im asking too much??
