Members of the Advocates Benevolent Association should consider converting the Fund into a pension scheme. A pension scheme will take care of lawyers interests more than what the Fund is doing now (a good job I must say). I am aware that there will be some opportunity cost if we go that direction, but overall, my suggestion should not be too bad, especially for those colleagues (who are the majority) who are not members of any pension scheme. A resolution by members towards that end to be made next month should be a good idea. What sayest thou?
