Breakfast: egg whites and turkey bacon on small whole wheat tortilla (w/ salsa and a few sprinkles of fat free mozzarella) Lunch: spinach and feta frittata with a side of fruit (I am going to add ground turkey to mine) Dinner: lemon and thyme chicken breast, spinach salad, and brown rice. -snacks ideas: -100 calorie cottage cheese doubles -100 calorie EAS protein shakes -Dannon 80 calorie Greek yogurt -protein balls -almonds, pistachios OR cashews w/ low fat string cheese stick -almonds, pistachios, OR cashews with a small apple -1 slice Ezekiel bread w/ 1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter -turkey jerkey -sliced chicken with cheese -rice cake with almond butter or peanut butter -Greek yogurt w/ a scoop of protein powder (May add toppings such as fruit or nuts)
