Menu today reads as follows. MMMMMMM Roast Beef, Potatoes, carrots all in a roaster with fresh garlic and onion. A few sprinkles of olive oil on the potato only. Fresh green beans saute in butter with a hint of salt and pepper, pickle beets my style with applecider vinger a little bit of sugar and beet juice . Place in frig for about 1 hour to get happy. Dessert ice cream sandwiches or fresh peaches or plums. Drinks everyone. Ice tea, coffee or pop your choice. Today cleaned the barbque pit and cooked supper plus took a long nap just for me.
