A: We do maintenance for our Game servers and game services to keep all in good condition. We also check on player accounts to make sure there are no errors and do bug fixes for any problems that weve encountered or that have been reported to us. Just like a car or a plane, servers need to be cared for with regular check-ups and diagnostics to keep in top condition. Q:Can you make Maintenance earlier? / Pwede bang mas maaga maintenance? A: Maintaining our servers requires coordination between 2-3 countries at a time. This requires us to have Full staff support from all countries involved to make sure everything is running smoothly. Our designated Maintenance time is currently 2pm to 6pm. However we rarely if ever take the whole 4 hours to complete the maintenance and are usually done within 2-3 hours.
