Merchandiser/Must have own transportation Pay Rate: $12.00/HR Hours: Vary Job Details: Perform duties such as maintaining store shelf standards and inventory including rotation of products, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags properly, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, processing packouts, restocks and reorders as necessary. Requirements At least one-year customer service experience preferred. Prior sales, retail and reset experience strongly preferred. Must be comfortable utilizing technology, must have access to the Internet on a daily basis and have ability to work effectively in web-based applications. Must be able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving or displays up to 60 lbs. and able to operate (or learn to operate) tools required for merchandising work such as a case cutter, hand truck, pallet jack. Must be able to climb and stand on a step stool or ladder. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive in a car for extended periods of time when necessary. Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Northwest Suburbs CSR Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for communicating with our customers via phone calls & e-mails. Must be able to handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound & outbound). Responsible for placing orders, handling refunds & setting up warranty replacements. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions in regards to products and pricing. Assisting customers with order status questions, resolving returns, shipping inquiries & disputes. The CSR is responsible for troubleshooting the product & for saving the sale. · Taking payment information & other pertinent order information such as addresses & phone numbers. Identify & escalate priority issues. Document all call & e-mail information according to standard operating procedures. Reporting any trending issues to the customer service leadership team & any other departments that require notification. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager or Director of Customer Service. Must be able to work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. · The ideal candidate(s) should have previous experience of 1+ year(s) in a call center or customer service environment. · Must have basic MS office, browser, & computer & internet knowledge/skills. · Must be able to type 30+ WPM (words per minute). · Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. · Must be 18 years or older. · Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. · The CSR must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
