Merry CHRISTmas all! We had our Asian Type Christmas Dinner today. It was a big success, we all helped. Chris and Stacy fixed Egg Drop Soup, steamed rice and Mongolian Beef. Joseph and I fixed ALL homemade: Crab Rangoon, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice, General Tso Chicken and Crunchy noodles and Oolong Tea. We are planning on making it a family tradition. I love my kids and am so blessed to have them in my life.
