As a holiday gift to our current staff, effective January 1, 2015, Bronze Cafe is offering all active team members working 20 hours or more per week health insurance along with accident and critical care policy riders as well as supplemental accident insurance, cancer care insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance. All employees also receive a 20% discount on all food and drink. Customer tips are shared with each days entire team, from the dishwashers to the bakers to the prep cooks to the servers to the cashiers to the baristas to the sandwich makers to the drivers.
