Merry Christmas Everyone!! We are all set and prepared for tonights set X-mas dinner. The general consensus among us is that the food will be absolutely epic. And it feels good to bring something different to all Kuchingites. We have made a fair amount of food so for anyone who has not yet decided where to dine, should really consider scooting on over for something delicious. Potato gratin, ie layered potatoes baked with cream, together with our classic brown sauce. Your choice of either Swedish meatballs or oven roasted chicken. Served with a very Christmasy beetroot salad. For dessert we are offering Finnish dessert pancakes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of complimentary coffee or tea.
