Merry Christmas! Got lots of wonderful gifts from my family. One is a FitBit, to track my activity level...but I cannot use it! Why? Because the instructions are NOT in the package...Im told to go to fitbit/setup. What do my inquiring eyes find there? WEBSITE IS DOWN FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE - sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone who received a Fitbit for Christmas should simply return them, and put this company out of business! Nothing could be more incredibly stupid, on THE DAY when they will be getting the most demand on their site from people like me, trying to get going with their new devices. FITBIT was just nominated for the CORPORATE DARWIN AWARD.
