Merry Christmas everyone .. I would like to share upcoming events scheduled for 2015. There are 4 challenges scheduled so far. Before I talk about the dates and places I would like to propose a club idea. 1st. If we make a club or at least an organization we could do a buckle award and offer prizes to entice more prospective riders. 2nd. More input on obstacles. Variety is the spice of life! 3rd. Let me ride too! Lets start a dialogue what would benefit this challenge and help this to grow. I will start the dialogue by telling you what I have been trying to put together. I am trying to put a specialized show that would combine the AQHA Trail Challenge with 2 classes of AQHA Ranch Pleasure and Ranch Trail. The trail challenge would be on the outdoor course and the other 2 would be in the indoor arena. This would be a 2 day show. Yes...you will be able to ride all the classes if you choose to do so. I would have to have an AQHA carded judge for those 2 classes. But it would be pointed classes. My idea is great in theory but one person would find it impossible to do. So ....that is the idea I have for 2015. ORGANIZE! !!!! I have also another proposal for 2015 about joining an existing club. I have had a great phone visit (call) with this organization and awaiting printed materials. I like the ideas proposed and will share these wuth you. So I wish my fb friends Merry Christmas and lets make 2015 the best year for our challenges!
