Message from our founder Employment Placement Professionals (EPP) is a dream that grew over the years from the hard work and talent of a small team of exceptional job developers. This team and I worked at a variety of non-profits across the Southern California where we freely shared our program design vision along with the grants and contacts. Unfortunately management changes took these places in a new direction that was not consistent with our vision of customer service excellence. This core group believed in each other and our mission so much that each time we moved we came together again as a team to try and create our program dream. I was determined to find a place where I could give my employees the respect and support that they deserved as they focused on providing the services our clients need as our core value. I am happy to say that my dream team and I have come home to our own business, our own agency where the environment supports and empowers staff and nurtures our clients. Our talent for assisting individuals with disabilities has been recognized by the Veterans Administration, who is funding us to provide assistance to returning veterans with severe disabilities, and the CA Department of Rehabilitation. We are working to spread news of our program and are so thrilled to be able to use our time and talents in the service of others. We look forward to growing the types of services we offer to better meet our client’s needs. Enid Awad
