Message from the President Greetings Mighty Class of ‘84, OHS Tornadoes, family and friends: Our kickoff to The Orange High School Class of 1984 All Class Reunion so far has been an amazing success! We have registered almost 100 hundred classmates and friends who wish to attend, and emails and letters are coming in non-stop. Next week we launch our #OHSThrowbackThursday initiative. Every Thursday in April, I will release a special video sharing memories and fun facts from “back in the day.” We will announce how close we are to meeting our required goals for attendance with Forest Lodge this July 26, 2014. We will have live Performances by Class of 84 Greats Vincent Freeman, Christopher McCray and Invited guest Josh Milan plus Eric & Earl Harris. I wish I could just say come on down the day of and bring your cash but that is not allowed, we have to plan for food, T-shirts and favors. Also please note there are 3 very crucial deadlines we have to meet to keep our space, the first will be March 31, 2014. we have to have at least 25 tickets sold. The second round April 19 we need 75 classmates and friends paid. Then May 19 we need to have 150 tickets sold, this is very possible based on our last reunion having over 200 people attending and almost 100 people are already registered to attend based on Facebook and Emails confirmations. Although we have almost 100 people who have who have registered to attend we only 5 people who have paid for tickets thus far. Therefore we are creating more options to pick your tickets up ASAP. 1. We recognize that people want to attend are all over the country therefore we are using a secure online payment system called Paypal. Paypal has been around for several years and is convenient and safe way to pay. All you have to do is create a Paypal account by filling in 5 lines of basic info and click on send to a friend. This creates a email receipt for you and sends our committee a confirmation that you have paid. Please click send to a friend or they will charge you a fee. 2. You can pay by check or Money order by sending a message to my inbox and I will give you a direct mailing address to forward your payment to. You will receive a receipt and your tickets within 2 weeks once the funds are processed. 3. We will have a limited number of tickets on sale at Orange High School starting the first week of April..This is destine to be one of the largest OHS Reunions of All time bringing together friends and family who have not seen each other since graduation day. Keep in mind children under 4 are free and food and beverage will be served all day. We can’t wait to see you and look forward to reconnecting. Please go to OHS 1984reunion and sign up today!
