Message from the Secretary General TSOA: Dear Friends, Our path to success and journey towards the dream destiny has started with the official launch of TSOA. In my experience as humble servant of the DR group, for the first time I witnessed a new born association can reach the top management of BSNL and top DoT officials with ease and comfort. Every Top Management Official gave us ample time and assured us the liberty to reach them at any time concerning the issues of the DR’s. From the inception of TSOA we are on target in a systematic manner to progress with success; thanks to the think tanks of the TSOA who guided us in a pragmatic way. During the meeting with the CMD BSNL whilst introducing of the CHQ office bears of the TSOA, Our CMD expressed his desire to witness perceivable increase in the commitment of DR towards BSNL endeavours. Our CMD also expressed his wish with our CHQ office bearers to arrange the web streaming of the Hon’ble ministers speech in the HOCC meeting to be held at the BSNL Corporate Office. Though the timing was very challenging since we had only 24 hours to enable the live streaming arrangement but we the CHQ office bears decided to take up this as a challenge with the co ordinate efforts made it possible for the BSNL community to watch live of Hon’ble Minister of Communication and IT, Law & Justice speech. At the end of the program almost all the CGM’s present during the address was impressed about the efforts taken by us. Shri. R K Upadhyay former CMD, BSNL also gave us ample time at his residence, and shared his positive experiences with TSOA CHQ office bearers. He focused on the activities of various associations functioning in BSNL. He even shown his kindness and agreed genuinely the issues of DR fraternity pending from since long and encouraged us to work for the DR cadre sincerely. At the end of conference, our CMD and Directors of BSNL Board personally congratulated TSOA Office Bearers who took the responsibility for arranging the event in a successful manner. Our CMD expressed his heartfelt joy and happiness in the form of letter of appreciation to us for the voluntary role we played in a very important event of the organization its truly a happy moment for us to contribute for our beloved organization BSNL. (Refer Picture in this Post) Friends the very intent of forming TSOA is to promote the competence and success among the most qualified executives of BSNL. Though we have larger vision but considering the roots in its formation, the hand on job of the office bears of TSOA is to fulfil the aspiration of the members with the successful organization endeavours. I appeal to the members of the executive fraternity to join this movement in the TSOA in its mission by taking exemplary efforts to revive our beloved organization BSNL to reach its zenith in the telecom industry in India.
