Methinks Hannan is spot on with this one... Although many key areas of our gubment and systems of governance, economy, media and entertainment and academia are seemingly broken beyond repair, we tend to underestimate the resiliency of the American people, despite an outsized proportion of the American population being irredeemably stupid in that they dont know what they dont know and have zero interest in knowing what they dont know. However, most Americans still have an overriding love and respect for our Constitutional Republic and our Constitution. Because of this love of country, they are setting about the arduous task of finding out whats broken, why its broken and whats required to fix it. Cheer up, America...and let us give thanks to the Mohammedan buffoon in the Oval Office for giving America a wake up call. The Money Quote... The private sector will always, over time, grow faster than the government, because entrepreneurs are smarter, collectively, than bureaucrats. Vast new wealth will be created from 3-D printing, driverless cars, advances in biotechnology and other sectors that we can’t now imagine. State regulators will always be playing catch-up. Free enterprise will outgrow the state, as the jungle swallows up Mayan ruins.
