MetroNews Morning News Headlines: An Ohio man waived extradition Tuesday during a brief hearing in Kanawha County Circuit Court. Ernest Roach will now return there to face murder charges. The Racine, Ohio man, allegedly killed Kanawha County teenager Ericka Brown last month and then left the 16-year-olds body along the Ohio River in a plastic tarp with a block tied to it. It was located near Portland, Ohio, Aug. 30. Roach told police he met Brown online after she had placed a Craigslist ad. A Wood County man whos been on the run for more than a month is back behind bars this morning -- in Mexico City. 30-year-old Curtis Dean Richards II is accused of strangling 1-year-old Ariella Nerinar, the daughter of his girlfriend. He was watching the toddler and her two year old sister back on August 5 while their mother was at work. Richards was initially questioned about the childs death but not arrested. When Police got a warrent, Richards was gone. But thanks to a reward -- a tip came in he was in Mexico City. No word on how long it will take to extridite Richards back here to West Viginia to face charges. The mother of a missing girl is heading back to prison. Len Lunsford pleaded guilty to one count of selling welfare benefits for cash at the Weston Walmart. She turned herself into U.S. Marshals on Tuesday. Shes been in and out of jail since the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter Aliyiah three years ago today. The girl was last seen sleeping in her own bed in Lewis County. A months long manhunt turned up nothing. No one has ever been charged with the girls disappearance. The mother of a newborn baby dropped off at a Logan Hospital earlier this month has been located. Police had been searching for the woman -- not to file charges -- but rather to check on her well being. She called law enfocement on Tuesday to say she was fine. Under state law parents can not be charged with a crime if they leave a baby at a medical facility within 30-days of birth. The name of the mother in this case is not being released to protect her privacy.
