Michael Lawrence Wilson, 66, of Fox Lake, IL, at Peace in Christ August 14, 2014 in Paris, TN, he was born April 15, 1948 in McKenzie, TN, to the parents of J.D. and Mildred, nee Lawrence: Wilson, Mike has been a resident of Round Lake Park, and Fox Lake for the past 25 years, and formally of the North and Northwest sides of Chicago before moving from Tennessee at the age of four. Mike was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who’s passion was for his family and hobbies were his vintage cars and bird watching with his lovely wife. Mike is survived by his wife of 39 years Catherine M. nee Grant, Wilson of Fox Lake, IL, sons; Bryan (Jan) Wilson of Paris TN, Christopher (Jennifer) Wilson of Antioch, IL, and John (Kimberly) Wilson of Union Grove, WI, loving grandfather of Heather, Kylie, Dean, Hayden, Tyler, Dalton, Mackenzie, Jax, and Cole, great-grandfather of Kaylee, and Aubree, brother; Robert Wilson of Paris, TN, and sister; Janet (Dav) Nuich of Glenview, IL, aunts; Helen (Ed) Malone of Paris, TN, and Juana Lawrence of Florida, brother-in-laws; Charles (Debbi) Grant of Lake Villa, IL, Cary (Karen) Grant of Spring Grove, IL, and Curtis (Julie) Grant of Spring Grove, IL, sisters-in-law; Cheryl Grant of Mesa, AZ, and many nephews, extended family, and close friends.
