Michael Page Business Performance ManagerAmsterdam Area, Netherlands, NL - Oil & Energy Reporting to the KIC IE COO, and with the all KIC IE Business Lines, Offices and support functions as well as all partners in the KIC IE business network in scope, the Business Performance Manager is responsible to: Act as expert and trusted advisor to the KIC IE business network, in the development and deployment of a balanced scorecard of performance metrics, covering input metrics, process parameters as well as output and impact KPIs. Act as the driving force to establish and execute a clear and disciplined business rhythm of monthly operations reviews and quarterly business reviews across the KIC IE Business Lines, Offices and support functions. Act as the owner of all master data and performance metrics documentation and data sheets, defining, developing and formalizing them, and driving the deployment and use by KIC IE and partner staff in the use of such performance metrics. Act as the owner of establishing continuous performance monitoring at KIC IE, replacing the current practice of annual performance assessment. Act as the initiator of performance audits, validations and root cause analysis, in support of the KIC IE Continuous Improvement Program. Act as the KIC IE representative on the cross-KIC monitoring Working Group of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology EIT. Act as a senior and pro-active member of the Operations Management Team.
