Michiko & Hatchin... Its a very well put together show, its got a great staff working on it, a ton of good plot ideas and themes going on, an amazing dub, everything. But for some reason it just didnt click with me as well as it probably should have. I can look at the show and say that everything about it is a great show, yet I probably didnt enjoy it as much as most people. I dont dislike it by any means, but something about it just prevented me from getting into it like I do with most anime. But that may be why actually, it doesnt feel like most anime, its definitely got the feel of a more real story, almost like a live action drama or something. Or maybe the setting and scenarios all felt too real for me? I dont know. I do recommend it to anyone who has an interest in it though, because its really good. As for me? Well, I always have Bee Trains El Cazador for my fill of an anime with a faux-Brazil setting. :P
