Microwave Fudge This is a taste treat! Ingredients • 250 ml whipping cream • 2 cups brown sugar Instructions Combine ingredients in large microwave dish. Microwave on high for 10 to 15 minutes depending on power of microwave. Mixture should boil for a few minutes in the microwave. Remove from microwave and beat with a fork until the right consistency for fudge. Pour into pan. Yield/Serve Makes one small loaf pan.
