Mid-Day Motivational Message: A lot of times people stay on the same programs and same days of training certain things and body parts. Train instinctively. Change up your days and the parts you train. I sometimes wont know what I feel like training until I walk into the gym. So today Im craving a good leg workout, though usually my leg day falls on a Wednesday to break things up from my upper body work. So stay motivated and keep progress going by changing up what you do and when you do it. And remember to STRETCH! :)
