We have the following position with Safe++ (subsidiary of MARA ISON Technologies) - mara-ison Job Location: Gurgaon Position: Consultant Experience: 3-5yrs Requirements: - Should be able to serve customers by installing and servicing security product . - Should have experience of installing various security products viz-a-viz, firewall (checkpoint, cisco, juniper), IDS, IPS, SIEM, PIM etc. - Should be able to troubleshoot while integrating products with existing network devices - Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems. - Should have participated in security products POC - Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests. - Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. - Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. - Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
