Mike Tunde Hubscrown Adewumi wrote and i agree with him on these points: 1. There should be ranching law in Nigeria. One that will mandate cow owners to have standard ranch for their animals and outlaw any form of roaming cows or cow rearing in the cities/Towns. 2. Minister of Agriculture need to make policy that will provide protection and security to the ranches with management support to the ranches. 3. There is a need to build trucker checkpoints on major roads. Stolen goods are moving across the country without proper check. Unfortunately Northern governors are unconcerned to make necessary adjustment because of financial issues. We can start with those 3. We need to start demanding for actions now before Rustling and Rustlers become another embarrassment....
