He knew the blessing of the Lord was greater than the curse of man. He declared that any attack that was intended to disgrace, dishonor or shame him would be reversed on the attacker. The most important point is the one that David never allowed the attack of others to turn his focus from rejoicing. Rejoicing in the midst of an attack will reverse a cures. Rejoicing in the midst of an attack is the key to victory.
