Mini Rant: it makes me increasingly ill to see the lack of effort many healthcare practitioners put forth into getting to the cause of the patients problems. Our system rewards minimalist care, and guess what, you get out what you put in! Im done with this, time to climb out of this box. Pain and weakness are not normal. They are not a normal part of aging that we must just get used to and suffer with. Do yourself a favor, and seek out a practitioner who Gets it. Yes, you may end up paying more for it, but isnt it worth it in the end? Of course it is, you wouldnt be seeking care if it wasnt! End rant...
