Mini Warriors Domin-8!! Under 8s run riot over Pwllheli!! Sunday morning brought another display of excellent attacking, well supported play from the under 8 section. Pwllheli to their credit, brought an under strength squad where Llandudno helped out with a couple of players for all 3 games. This did help out Pwllheli as the players who offered their help only strengthened their play.The first game was won by Llandudno 12 tries to 1, as the team selected were in unforgiving mood, showing no mercy for the team who struggled to compete with the warriors attacking play. The tries were shared between Mason, Lucas chin jnr, Cian, Harri & Alfie.The second game was more competitive as Llandudno offered their under 7 players up against Pwllhelis 8s, though the Billy goats also demonstrated their skills & style winning 5 tries to 4. The tries were shared between Jacob, Harri & James. The final game was an opportunity to mix & match the warriors & goats, though Pwllhelis long morning was evident as the home team were victorious 8 tries to 2. The tries shared between Jack, Cian, Kieran, Alex, Lucas & Harri.In summary, the ability to score 25 tries in 3 games shows how well the team have been training, as almost every chance ended was taken. Player of the week was impossible to give on performance alone, so the decision was taken on how well Alex Evans has improved on recent weeks as her all round running, tagging and passing seems to improve all the time (not forgetting not diving scoring her try) Well done to all involved from the coaches Jobi & Simon
