Minneapolis has an apparent working fire at 155 5th Avenue S, reports of heavy black smoke coming from the roof of a ten-story 200 x 200 foot brick building. This was upgraded from an Initial Response to a full first alarm and Chief 1 is now calling for a 2nd alarm. They have insulation burning on about the 8th floor. Engine 1 is laying into the standpipe system on the 8th floor and Engine 11 is preparing to supply the standpipe system.
