The prices on this page are about $100 over - I would consider looking around some other sites. Overall this is an excellent beginner SLR with enough features to keep most pros happy. The sleek design makes it not too much more cumbersome than a good rangefinder, and I found it very easy to travel with. Highly recommended!Minolta X-9 made for overseas. Same camera as US models X300 or X370. It is a nice black very hard covering, almost like Bakelite(tm) but it is metal.. I deem it very close in many respects like the XD-series. Has a depth-of-field preview. It is an aperature-priority automatic.A fine, working second camera or spare for wedding potographers and accomodates all Minolta-mount lenses and had a hot shoe.
